I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty proud of this product I've formulated and made by hand!
Simply pop one or two into your running bath, lie back and relax knowing that the nourishing oils from the Cocoa Butter and Shea Butter are moisturising your skin as you soak. Leaving you with more time to enjoy your book or savour that cheeky glass of wine! After your bath, pat your skin dry and admire the marvellous job these bath melts have done to your skin. No need to moisturise after.
With a pinch of dried calendula petals and fragranced with Geranium Rose and Patchouli, these bath melts make a wonderful gift or alternatively, a special treat to your skin.
Don't have time for a bath? After you've shampooed and washed the soap off in your shower, simply massage into your skin as you would a soap.
Cocoa Butter: Derived from fat in Cocoa Beans, this is high in fatty acids and is well known for its ability to nourish, hydrate and improve the elasticity of skin. Cocoa Butter forms a protective barrier over your skin to hold the moisture in.
Shea Butter: Rich in fats derived from the Karite Tree, it is quickly absorbed into skin as it melts at body temperature. As well as being moisturising, some of it's many skin properties include reducing skin inflammation, anti aging, relieves dry and flaky skin, restores elasticity of the skin as well as reduces stretch marks.
Geranium Rose Essential Oil: Derived from a type of geranium plant, it smells like roses. This beautiful fragrance has been known to have anti aging properties as well to treat infections, pain management and depression due to its antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Patchouli Essential Oil: With a sweet scent which falls into the musky-earthy category, it is perfectly paired with Geranium Rose. This oil has been known to treat skin conditions such as dermatitis, dry, cracked skin, eases symptoms of colds and headaches as well as provides a feeling of relaxation.
